 What to Bring

  • Lawn Chair - Swim Suit & Towel (There is a large Pool with Dressing Rooms)

  • Golf Clubs - If you would like to play a little Golf (they have a short (9) hole Golf Course)

We are not being charged for the space, so we cannot bring in our own drinks (Liquor, Beer or Soft Drinks)
They must be purchased at the Elks Lodge Bar - there are no exceptions to bringing in drinks

(The Base will cover a limited number of Beer, Wine and Soft Drink purchases - Liquor must be purchased by the individuals)

Ladies or old Bachelors please bring a covered dish - The Base will furnish Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Bottle Water

 The Elk's Lodge has a nice large fenced in area behind their building that in addition to the amenities listed above includes a covered patio, large shade trees and BarBQ grills.
This space is more than adequate for us to have a great time socializing with our shipmates and their families.

 Please RSVP by September 15th in order for us to get an accurate head count
